Links DialogIn order to insert a link, first mark the text in the field that you wish to be linked. Then press the link button in the toolbar to bring up the link dialog (see image to the left). In this dialog the complete URL for the link is entered along with the link type. You can easily insert mail list by entering an email address instead of a URL and selecting the "Mail Address" type. When pressing "OK" in the link dialog the tags for the link are inserted into the text field below. Attaching Files
Image DialogOnce the image file has been uploaded, it will be available for selection in the image dialog. Apart from selecting the image itself, it is also possible to select the layout of the image in relation to the text. |

Links and images can only be inserted when editing formatted text fields. These fields are easily distinguishable by their toolbar. In the image to the right the link and image buttons from this toolbar are shown. By pressing either of these buttons a dialog box for inserting either a link or an image is shown.
In order to display an image, the procedure is a little bit more convoluted. You must first upload the image to Liquid Site, which is accomplished by using the "Files" section at the bottom of the editing form (see image to the right). First click the "Browse..." button, then select the image file and finally click the "Add" button. As a result of this the image is uploaded to Liquid Site and you are shown the same editing form again, but with the new file listed among the files attached to the document.
